Easy to start and chipped for 2hrs none stop a beach hedge i had reduced by up to 8ft with some branches over 50mm with no problems, very pleased with my purchase.
Very well packaged and easy to assemble.
The FM5 is a great unit, bought as our first splitter to tackle oak tree rounds left by tree fellers. Followed the easy instructions and it’s all set up to use on the ground. Not fitted the legs yet (needs circlip pliers) but something for later.
Very strong. I ordered the slightly more expensive version with the caster wheels but realize that without the mesh for the trolley then not really that useful and would advise anyone that if they want to use a trolley they will need to have a mesh platform I’m probably going to make something out of plywood
