Took me a while to assemble the whole splitter complete with safety cage. A few bad words were said after misreading cage top assembly when I saw the warning notices were on the inside – easily resolved. Did my first test splitting today and very pleased with result – only a couple of hundred logs to go
Couldn’t decide which model I wanted – quick email and prompt response and decision made. Only hitch was with delivery no prior notification and order was split contacted you and got explanation. Also fortunately the driver knows us and the area anjd was quickly resolved next day

Easy to put together
Assembly instructions not present. Very easy but if unscrewing both screws like I did, the rubberflap fell down and the cover plate needed removal to access. Also rattles, solved with tape.
