Great piece of kit. Easy to set up and easy to use. So far it has handled everything I’ve thrown at it without any issues
From placing the order to receiving the machine literally only took a few days, which living in a remote area was really impressive. Definitely deserve the 5 stars!
Took me a while to assemble the whole splitter complete with safety cage. A few bad words were said after misreading cage top assembly when I saw the warning notices were on the inside – easily resolved. Did my first test splitting today and very pleased with result – only a couple of hundred logs to go
Couldn’t decide which model I wanted – quick email and prompt response and decision made. Only hitch was with delivery no prior notification and order was split contacted you and got explanation. Also fortunately the driver knows us and the area anjd was quickly resolved next day
